At Custom Vapors, we take extra care to ensure that your smoking bong arrives safely and discreetly at your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process for smoking accessories:

Packaging

  • All water pipes are packaged securely in high-quality, protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit. The boxes are plain and discreet, with no branding or content labels to maintain your privacy.
  • Fragile items like glass bongs are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in cushioned packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. Orders over $85 qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days for those who want their items faster.
  • Next-Day Shipping: For urgent orders, next-day delivery is available at checkout for an additional cost. Place orders before 12 PM (PST) to qualify.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Age Verification

  • In compliance with federal law, we require age verification for all orders containing smoking bongs. You must be 21+ to purchase. During checkout, you will be prompted to verify your age using our secure age verification system.

Discreet Shipping

  • To respect your privacy, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes. There will be no mention of smoking products or Custom Vapors on the exterior of the package.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship smoking bongs to certain locations. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the most up-to-date list of restricted areas.

- Alabama: The state has banned synthetic e-liquids and CBD products. 

- Arkansas: All vaping products are prohibited from being shipped into the state. 

- Rhode Island: The state has banned flavored e-liquids and cannabinoid products. 

- Vermont: All vaping products are prohibited from being shipped into the state. 

Indiana: The state has banned e-liquids. 

Massachusetts- The state has a ban on vape products

New York- State has a ban on Vape products

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your water pipe arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
